For all Saints supporters, and all AFL supporters who want to enter a tipping competition that offers good prize money, this is excellent value, and the best part is that it is run by a very committed group of passionate SEQ Saints supporters. The more people that join, the bigger the pool of cash at the end of the season.

Welcome to the WoM AFL TIPPING COMPETITION 2010

The total cost is $50 for the season. This MUST be paid before Round 1. Your failure to pay will have you removed from the tipping competition. Payment is to be via direct deposit as follows:

Tipping is done via the OzTips website. Instructions on how to set yourself up are set out below. NOTE: You are able to view all tipsters' tips & changes made by competition managers on the OzTips site each week once round is closed.

HOW TO JOIN
1. Go to www.OzTips.com
2. Click the 'REGISTER' button on the homepage and set-up a Login (if you don't already have one with OzTips).
3. Once you have successfully registered a Username and Password, click the 'JOIN A COMP' button.
4. You will be asked to enter an OzTips Comp Number and Password.

COMPETITION RULES
You score a point for a win, 3 for a draw and NOTHING FOR A LOSS. A bonus point will be given if you score 8 out of 8.
Make sure that you complete the “margin” field for the nominated (discriminator) game in each round as this will be considered in the outcome of the weekly 8 out of 8 competition – see below.
At the end of the home and away season, the person with the highest score will be declared the winner.

In the event of a tie in any division the following will apply: the prize money for each division will be shared equally by those who score the same number of points. For example: if 3 people end the season on top with the same number of points, the prize money for 1st prize (40% of the pool) will be shared equally by the 3 contestants.

Tips for each game close 5 minutes before start of play, so if you place all your tips on Friday, it will be possible to change your tips for Saturday or Sunday games up to 5 minutes before these matches start.

If you don't get your tips in, you will be allocated the “away” team for every game, so that you could still score some points for the round.

Note: OzTips offer the option for you to receive a reminder email if you haven’t submitted your tips.

8 OUT OF 8
This competition will start in Round 1 and continue to Round 22 and incorporates selecting the margin in the nominated (discriminator) game for the round. Anyone who picks eight winners in Round 1, wins the prize. If no one gets 8, the prize will jackpot for Round 2 and so on. If there is a winner, the next week will start again and continue to jackpot until won.

If more than one person picks 8 in any round, the winner will be the person who has selected the closest margin in the nominated game for that round.

Any funds left at the end of Round 22 will go back to top up the prize money for first, second, third, fourth & fifth in the tipping competition.

Monies won will be paid at the end of the season. Prize money will be divided and paid out no more than 2 weeks after Round 22.
